We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues with your order in a fair and timely manner. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
General Returns

If your online purchase is not satisfactory, please contact us at office@borealheartland.ca and we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any products.
Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window for online purchases, beginning from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at office@borealheartland.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged products may be replaced if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or packing error.

We are not responsible for damage caused by courier or postal handling; however, we will assist with next steps where possible.
Returned Packages (Shipping Exceptions)

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, a refund will be issued for the cost of the order excluding shipping fees, once the return has been received and processed.

This policy applies to returned shipments and does not replace or override the standard return request process outlined above.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
